Our basic hostel subscription is completely free, but we do offer premium features for $7 per month. You can signup with no worries because we offer a no questions asked, full refund within 7 days of purchasing your subscription. Outside of 7 days, however, we cannot offer a refund.

At any time, you can upgrade to the pro plan or downgrade to the free plan. Upgrading will take place immediately, and downgrading will take place at the end of the current monthly billing cycle.
